Bert D. Millett
Bert focuses his practice primarily on business law, real estate law and contract issues. He prides himself on his ability to advocate effectively for his clients with an eye for detail and precision in the matters he handles. Bert is dedicated to giving each one of his clients the type of personal attention and service they expect.
Bert graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Management in 2002 and a J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2006. Prior to attending law school at ASU, Bert managed a mid-sized business where he gained first hand experience in the legal issues presented to business owners. As a law student, he volunteered extensively in a variety of pro bono organizations and worked at the highest levels of both the State and Federal Governments.
Bert is a 5th generation Arizonan with close ties to his hometown, Mesa. In his spare time, he enjoys water sports, high adventure, hiking, cycling, chess and spending time with his family.
